We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Temporary Production Workers. This role supports our production lines and plays a key part in daily operations. Duties & Responsibilities Assist production lines with daily operations. Pack finished products and prepare items for shipment. Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials. Support changeover tasks between production runs. Assist machine operators with routine, day-to-day tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines. Physical & Work Environment Requirements This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to: Stand for the entire duration of the shift Perform repetitive tasks throughout the day Lift, bend, twist, and reach as part of regular job duties Safely lift boxes and materials as required While this is a temporary position, there may be opportunities for growth based on performance and business needs; however, continued or permanent employment is not guaranteed.
