If you're looking for steady work, weekly pay, and a team‑focused environment , this hands‑on manufacturing role could be a great fit for you. 🔧 What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly: Operate and monitor machinery used in carpet production Load and unload materials into ovens and stamping machines Rotate between different stations and production lines Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized ✅ What We're Looking For Essential Requirements Ability to stand for long periods (8-10 hours per shift) Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience Experience with production lines, machine operation, hand tools, or inspection 💰 Why You'll Love Working Here Weekly pay

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00

• $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
