As a Utility Worker, you are an important part of our manufacturing team, supporting core production processes. This entry-level role helps prepare materials and move products through key stages of production, including paint operations. Your work ensures that parts are ready, flowing efficiently, and meet quality standards throughout the process. Your Impact Prepare parts and components for production, including cleaning, staging, and organizing materials.
Load components onto racks or conveyors for processing, including paint operations.
Unload and move finished parts after processing to the next stage of production.
Inspect parts for basic quality standards and identify any visible defects.
Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Support team members and assist in other areas as needed to meet production goals. Your Experience and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
