This entry-level role cross-trains you across multiple operations so you can advance through bidding, training, and qualification into a permanent position. What you'll do Support production needs across departments as assigned Learn and perform tasks in: melting, casting, mold preparation, wheel preparation Move materials safely and keep the facility clean and organized Rotate between roles at management's discretion until you bid into a permanent role Complete a 90-day probationary period Schedule Opening is for A-Shift (Monday
  • Friday 11pm
  • 7am) and C Shift (Monday
  • Friday 3pm-11pm) Be prepared for a 24-hour operation: weekends and overtime (over 8 hours) as needed Must-haves High school diploma or equivalent Available for any shift; willingness to be permanently placed on an off-shift Mechanical aptitude and the drive to learn Able to learn Statistical Process Control Methods Professional work standards, initiative, attention to detail, and safety focus Consistent attendance and dependability Collaborative approach—works well in a team Physical requirements Frequent bending, lifting, standing for long periods, pushing, and pulling Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Pre-employment requirements Candidates should have reliable transportation, be able to pass a pre-employment respirator use exam, background check, and drug screen.
Experience working in the metals industry is a plus.
