As a Production Associate, you'll help repair, move, inspect, scan, and prepare commercial carts throughout our production process. We hire for a variety of positions within our facility. Based on your experience, skills, and business needs, you may be assigned to one of several production areas and have opportunities to learn additional positions over time. Available Opportunities Cart Repair Loading & Unloading Depending on your assignment, responsibilities may include: Inspect and repair commercial carts using hand and power tools. Move carts throughout the facility. Load and unload trailers. Scan inventory using handheld devices. Stage finished products for shipment. Maintain quality and safety standards. Keep your work area clean and organized. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For Reliable attendance. Strong work ethic. Comfortable with physical labor Working with exposure to the elements (covered facility, not indoor) Able to lift up to 75 pounds. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, automotive, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required; we're willing to train the right people.
