Production Worker Job Description We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our production line, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and meet quality standards. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Feed products into the production line. Pack finished products for shipment. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Essential Skills Previous experience in production, packing, or inspecting. Strong attention to detail. Ability to stand for the entire shift. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Steel toe shoes or boots are required. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment includes shifts from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with options to work either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. Employees must wear steel toe shoes or boots for safety and can expect to stand for the duration of their shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lecompton, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
