These are 12-hour shifts, 6pm to 6am, and a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. We are looking for individualswho are motivated, dependable, and ready to learn. At this facility, we produce propane cylinders used by customers across the country. As a production associate, you will help produce LPG cylinders by performing assembly operations, monitoring product quality, and supporting safe, efficient production. Why Worthington Enterprises? Job Responsibilities Prepare workstation, materials, tools, and equipment for production Follow job instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements Load and unload conveyors and move materials to and from the workstation Operate, monitor, and make minor adjustments to equipment as trained Notify leads or supervisors when equipment, product, or process is outside standard Count, package, crate, and identify parts and finished products Maintain required production and quality records Report material shortages or production concerns Maintain a clean, organized work area using 6S principles Work individually or as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goals Perform other duties as assigned Desired Experience/Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or related experience is helpful but not required Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to perform basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions

Overtime Pay:

Time-and-a-half for hours over 40/week and double-time for hours over 48/week.

Profit Sharing:

Quarterly profit-sharing with no cap. See your hard work pay off.

Rotating Schedule:

Gives you every other weekend off, and you'll only work 13 days a month.
