Job Description

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm, with occasional overtime on
Friday's Key Responsibilities:
Powder Coat Application Apply powder coating materials to products at specified film thickness according to production requirements Monitor and maintain powder application equipment and system parameters Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or coating issues as they arise Color Changes & Production Support Perform contamination-free color changes according to established procedures Complete color changes within designated timeframes to minimize production downtime Quality & Safety Maintain a clean and organized powder application area Clean application equipment and maintain powder coating systems to ensure optimal performance Follow all safety guidelines, ISO procedures, and PPE requirements Participate in safety meetings and actively promote a safe work environment Team Collaboration Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to maintain steady workflow Support cross-training and assist coworkers when needed Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and operational efficiency Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing, sheet metal, or machine shop environment preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including reading prints and production routers Basic math skills Ability to operate production equipment safely and effectively Willingness to learn new operations and cross-train across roles Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed Manual dexterity and attention to detail required Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, vibration, and moving equipment What We Value We look for team members who demonstrate: Attention to detail Teamwork and collaboration Continuous improvement mindset Strong work ethic and reliability Commitment to safety and quality
