Lamination Operator Job Description Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will have the opportunity to manufacture product for top retail brands. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machines efficiently. Perform set-ups and changeovers for label and lamination machines. Cross-train to operate different machines and handle various production duties. Ensure quality control and conduct inspections as needed. Essential Skills Minimum of 6 months of experience in machine operation. At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production. Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills. Reliable work history verified by references. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in printing or press operations is beneficial but not required. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different tasks. English proficiency is a plus, but candidates with Spanish as a first language are welcome. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and accommodates around 15-20 people. Be prepared for a loud production area with a slight ink smell. • 6am and Thursday 6pm
• 12pm If you are looking for warehouse/distribution, the same company has a distribution associate for $18/hr Wednesday
• Saturday 7:30am
• 6pm Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Century, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
• $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
