Role Description The Bottling Line Associate role is crucial in the day-to-day output and profitability of Good Spirits Distilling. They will be expected to be execution and results focused. We are looking for the right individual to join our growing team on our first shift, which runs from 7:00am - 3:40pm. The Bottling Line Associate will assist the Production Line Supervisor with the filling, labeling, and packaging of various alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate is eager to be a part of a fast-paced environment where they can grow with the company. Candidates must work harmoniously in a group environment. Strong attention to detail will help you exceed in this role. Responsibilities Perform various functions to support the packaging of the company's liquid products. Essential functions include bottling, capping, labeling, packaging, and palletizing. Ensure that the quality of the bottles are free from defect and meet company standards. Place filled, sealed product in boxes. Fills boxes with required quantity with correct product. Place boxes in neat stacks on pallets using pre-determined patterns and counts. Always keep your work area clean. Move materials to/from warehouse to/from assembly floor. Assist with physical inventory. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area. Will share in end of day cleaning duties of production floor, warehouse, and other common areas. Additional duties as assigned by management or supervisor. Core Competencies Able to work at a steady, consistent pace for extended periods of time. Able to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Able to effectively communicate with team members. Able to multi-task. Able to lift up to 50lbs. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be 21+ years of age. This is a non-smoking work environment. Education & Experience Prior work experience in a warehouse/production facility preferred. Successful track record or performance in prior work experience. Competitive/team background in some aspect during life e.g., sports, music, debate, theatre, etc. Passion for competing to win.
