This position participates in all areas of the production process, including filling, capping, labeling, casing, and palletizing. Production Team Members must work at a steady and efficient pace while maintaining accuracy, product quality, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Participate in all assigned areas of the liquid-filling production line, including filling, capping, labeling, casing, packing, and stacking finished cases on pallets. Follow all applicable SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and production instructions. Assist in preparing production lines for each manufacturing run, including setting up the correct bottle labels, case labels, packaging materials, and other required components. Assist with line changeovers, equipment setup, and cleanup between production runs. Review production paperwork and verify product specifications before and during each run to include taking weights regularly. Complete batch records and other required documentation accurately, completely, and legibly. Partner with the Quality Department to confirm that materials and finished products meet established specifications. Monitor the production process and promptly report product, material, equipment, or documentation concerns. Maintain and organize finished goods as needed. Keep production and storage areas clean, safe, and organized. Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, removing trash, and cleaning work areas. Adapt to changing production schedules, assignments, and priorities. Learn and follow new processes and procedures as production needs evolve. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, SOPs, and product specifications. Ability to maintain a steady, productive pace throughout the workday. Ability to complete documentation clearly and legibly. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a production team. Initiative to identify and complete necessary tasks. Willingness to learn different production-line functions and procedures. Flexibility to move between assignments and respond to changing production priorities. Previous manufacturing, packaging, assembly-line, or regulated production experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on a production line for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to handle bottles, labels, packaging materials, and production equipment throughout the shift. Ability to pack cases and stack finished products weighing 35-50 lbs. on pallets. Ability to safely lift and move materials and finished products. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment.
