$17.50/hour to start | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available Inova Staffing is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team in Edwardsville! This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and building commercial equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Assemble commercial equipment and components using hand tools and impact wrenches Perform mechanical assembly work according to production specifications Safely operate basic tools and manufacturing equipment Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing goals Previous experience using hand tools, power tools, and impact wrenches required Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with assembled components Manufacturing, assembly, construction, automotive, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team High school diploma or equivalent preferred Weekly pay with overtime opportunities Full-time, consistent schedule — no weekends Hands-on training and advancement opportunities Team-oriented and safety-focused work environment Opportunity to build valuable mechanical and manufacturing skills 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance 9 paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Apply today at www.inovastaffing.com Inova Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
