Job Description

At Wenger Manufacturing, LLC, a JBT Marel company, we design and manufacture innovative processing equipment used by customers around the world. We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our team as a Fabrication Operator and help us deliver high-quality products while supporting a culture of continuous improvement. This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing or industrial experience who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working as part of a team.
What You'll Do:
Operate machinery and production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with specifications. Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with resolving routine production issues. Complete material handling, equipment setup, and basic maintenance activities. Maintain accurate production records and report concerns to supervisors. Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with training and onboarding new team members when needed. Work collaboratively with coworkers to meet production goals and schedules.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred. Ability to safely operate machinery and production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow instructions and work within established procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work with moderate supervision and contribute positively to a team environment.
