You will support production deadlines by maintaining quality standards, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and communicating with leadership to keep workflow moving smoothly. Your Impact:

Sort incoming materials according to production guidelines to prepare work for scanning Align and organize batches using production equipment such as joggers to ensure accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with managers to obtain work and batch tickets for scanner operators Maintain a steady flow of prepared materials so scanner operators always have work ready Meet production timelines while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards Move between departments as needed to support workflow continuity Remain active on the production floor throughout the shift, including extended standing and walking Support overtime production needs, including occasional Saturday shifts during periods of mail volume fluctuation Lift materials up to 10 lbs. as part of daily workflow tasks Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding workflow needs or concerns Support additional production tasks as assigned
