Graphic Design/ Production Signs & Design is currently seeking a person with graphic design and sign production experience for our growing custom sign business. Seeking an individual who is dedicated to working hard and will help grow the business. Candidates with knowledge of large format printers and graphics production and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. This opportunity will be a full-time position: 35-40 hours/week, Monday-Friday. Full time benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance paid by the company. Pay that is posted is a range, but an ideal candidate with multi faceted experience and a great work ethic can earn more. Ideal candidates will have a general working knowledge of techniques involved with sign-making processes and materials. This person should be detail-oriented, organized, friendly, and able to communicate well with customers and staff. Good time management skills are a must! This person will rely on pre-established guidelines, collaborate with others, and work under indirect supervision at times. He or she will need to be flexible and able to adapt to daily changes to the production plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute day-to-day production plan and adapt as necessary Work with range of products including vinyl, wrap film, banners, aluminum signs, etc. Assist customers in store, at job site, or on the phone as needed. Load/Unload deliveries client orders and printers with heavy materials. Knowledgable with print software. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to create custom and creative graphics for signage, windows, vehicles as well as business logos and graphic packages would be ideal.

Required Experience Education:

Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.

Job-Related Experience:

Prior sign manufacturing or graphic experience preferred.

Job-Related Skills/Competencies:

Ability to run tools and/or printers. Must have great measurement skills and solid attention to detail. Must be able to complete projects in a timely manner .
