In this role, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual designs into high-quality printed materials, ensuring precise color management, and operating a variety of industrial printing and finishing equipment. Your expertise will help bring visual ideas to life through production processes, combining technical proficiency with creative flair. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of graphic design and large-scale print manufacturing. Duties Execute print projects accurately from concept to completion Operate and maintain roll to roll large-format and flatbed printers for banners, signage, vehicle wraps and window displays Manage color consistency through color management techniques across all materials Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software to prepare files for print Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and resolve issues related to print quality, mechanical operation, or material defects Conduct machine setup, calibration, and mechanical adjustments for equipment such as cutting machines, laminators, and prepress software systems Troubleshoot technical issues with printing machinery or prepress software promptly to minimize downtime Managing RIP (Raster Image Processor) software for color accuracy and scaling. Working with diverse substrates like vinyl, acrylic, aluminum Skills Strong knowledge of color management principles and techniques Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience operating large-format printers, and other industrial machinery Mechanical aptitude for adjusting settings and performing routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment Familiarity with prepress workflows using prepress software to prepare files for various printing methods Knowledge of quality control standards in a manufacturing environment to ensure high-quality output at every stage Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production setting Join us in delivering exceptional signage products that captivate audiences! Pay:
