As an Industrial Labor Associate , you'll support a variety of operations including warehousing, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, assembly, and facility maintenance. As our next Industrial Labor Associate , you'll help support local employers while building valuable experience that can lead to long-term career opportunities. 2. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do Move stock, freight, and materials throughout the worksite. Load, unload, sort, and organize products. Keep shelves stocked and work areas organized. Construct boxes and prepare products for shipment. Perform assembly line and production support duties. Maintain incoming and outgoing inventory records. Assist with floor maintenance and housekeeping duties. Dispose of trash and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Support landscaping, outdoor labor, or facility maintenance projects as needed. Assist supervisors and team members with operational tasks. 3. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation. Nice-to-Have Previous warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, or labor experience. Shipping and receiving experience. Inventory or material handling experience. Forklift experience.
