Production Associate Location:
Bardstown, KY Pay Rate:
$18.75 per hour + $0.75 shift differential
Schedule:
2nd Shift | Monday - Friday Hard Work. Good People. Fair Pay. If you like to stay busy and work with good people, this Production Associate role in Bardstown fits. Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or
GED Skills:
Basic math skills + able to read instructions in English.
Physical Ability:
Able to stand, bend, and lift (up to) 50 lbs. + Manual dexterity for handling/assembling small components.

Job Duties:
Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment to meet daily production, quality, and efficiency standards. Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and support repairs to minimize downtime and ensure proper operation. Follow all quality procedures, including inspections, defect checks, and reporting issues to ensure products meet specifications. Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety guidelines, 5S practices, and proper tool/equipment care. Support team operations by completing shift tasks, training employees, following schedules, and assisting in other areas as needed.
