323 Staffing Solutions is currently hiring reliable and motivated Production Workers for opportunities with leading manufacturers in the Bowling Green, KY area. We provide opportunities for entry-level candidates as well as experienced production and warehouse associates. Responsibilities Perform general production, packaging, and material handling duties Package, label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment Load materials into production and packaging equipment Stack, wrap, and palletize finished products Monitor product quality and report defects or production issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Support production goals by completing tasks efficiently and accurately Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime or flexible schedules when available
