Carrollton, KY Sheeting/Hand Labor Associate Requirements/Qualifications Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to safely set up and operate production equipment. Strong attention to detail and product quality. Ability to follow job specifications accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a production environment. Ability to perform repetitive manufacturing duties. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. About the Sheeting/Hand Labor Associate Role As a Sheeting/Hand Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include: Set up and operate flat die cutting machines. Produce parts according to job specifications. Ensure machines are properly set up for production. Perform accurate cutting of materials. Monitor equipment throughout the production process. Inspect finished products for consistent quality. Identify and report production or quality concerns. Handle materials and finished products as needed. Maintain safe and efficient machine operation. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures. Perform additional production duties as assigned.
