Job DescriptionSchedule:
Tuesday - Friday, 3:00pm - 1:00am (emphasis on sanitation)Sun, Mon, Thurs, Friday, 10am to 8:30pm
Wage:
$22.00 an hourResponsibilities and DutiesProcess and manufacture pizza dough, including mixing, placing, and stackingRotate between various positions such as dough maker, placer, and stackerOperate, monitor, and clean dough processing equipmentAdhere to food safety regulations, quality standards, and safety protocolsMaintain accurate production records and manage inventory of materialsCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesParticipate in cross-training for warehouse or sanitation duties as neededSanitation Responsibilities including, Production equipment, and General cleaning tasksClean and sanitize Vemag dough divider, production mixers, production mixing bowls, dough rounder, and food contact conveyor beltsMaintain detailed cleaning/sanitation logs required for FDA documentationProperly store all sanitation tools and equipmentClean flour small ingredients roomEnsure production's and dough cooler's floor are swept and dryEnsure proper floor drainage in production room (clean floor drains)Clean/Sanitize production room wallsEnsure tray washer area is clean and sanitize as required by SOP guidelinesEnsure spiral floor and platforms are cleared of doughEmpty all dough waste containersEnsure trash and recycling in production rooms is disposed of daily and receptacles are cleaned and sanitized QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED Ability to work with yeast and flour products Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary
