Part-Time Sign Production & Install Associate

Our production associates are responsible for sign production, screen printing of t-shirts and apparel, and assisting with sign installation. You will have plenty of opportunities to work in different areas of the shop and learn new hands-on skills. You may also be asked to make a delivery or help out on an install sometime! All of our vehicles are under CDL so you DO NOT need to be a CDL driver , but will need a valid driver's license and our insurance will run a driver's record check. You must be capable and comfortable of driving these vehicles for installs, deliveries, etc.: Honda Odyssey Van Ford F-250 Utility Truck This is a part-time position so we can work around class schedules if you are a student or would be a great supplemental position to your full-time job or retirement! Our store is open Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. We're closed on weekends and holidays. This part-time position would be 8am-Noon or 12:30pm-4:30pm, Monday-Friday We are also open to doing 3 full days per week instead of multiple part days Starting pay depends on experience This position has room for increase in pay and hours based on performance, speed and your ability to be trained and be a great team player! This part-time position could also be a shoe-in for a future full-time position is anything opens up! As the Part-Time Production and Install Associate, you'll: Cut various substrates to size using X-ACTO knives, a vertical panel saw, and a shear, as needed Sign painting and assembly Use a wide-format laminating roller table to laminate printed vinyl graphics, and to apply vinyl graphics to various substrates, including aluminum composite, coroplast, and PVC Weed and mask vinyl graphics Screen printing shirts and garments, preparing screens, etc. Assist our full-time installers as needed, working indoors and outdoors, hanging and installing signs and graphics Assist in routine maintenance of equipment and cleaning of the shop and vehicles Make deliveries in company vehicles Help keep track of inventory Training will be provided

Requirements:

Willing to do physical labor Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good at basic math, fractions, and use of a tape measure for measuring signs Able to stand for long periods of time Climbing ladders, no fear of heights Able to lift 100 pounds
