Job Description
Mouser Cabinetry, located in Elizabethtown, is Kentucky's leading manufacturer of quality custom wood cabinetry. Based upon our continued growth, we are pursuing energetic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as a Production Associate on 1st shift. Starting pay is $18.00/hour with potential increases at 3 months and 12 months (based upon your performance). Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Overtime to include Saturdays is possible. Training is provided. Apply via Indeed or in-person. Please no phone calls. Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility to assist in the production process. Assemble components on the assembly line while adhering to quality standards. Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently. Qualifications Familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience preferred Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and follow safety protocols
