Job Description

323 Staffing Solutions is partnering with a global structural fabrication company to hire automotive production workers in Elizabethtown, KY. Factory associates will work a Monday to Friday schedule. This position starts at $16/HR and increases to $21/HR after the temp-to-hire period. The production environment involves operating metal stamping machines and robotic assembly machines. Shift Schedule (must be willing to work any shift): 1st Shift (6AM-2:30PM or 6:30AM-3:00PM) 2nd Shift (2PM-10:30PM or 2:30PM-11PM) 3rd Shift (10PM-6:30AM or 10:30PM-7AM)

Duties and Responsibilities:

operate metal stamping machines assist with robotic welding ensure the highest level of product quality maintain a clean and organized work area follow all established safety procedures and protocols work up to 12 hours/day

Requirements:
