What You'll Be Doing Assist in the operation and maintenance of plant equipment. Perform general labor tasks including cleaning and material handling. Support production processes to ensure efficient workflow. Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals. What Are We Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to perform physical tasks and operate machinery. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
