Temp-to-Hire Schedule:
7:45 PM-8:00 AM Duties/Responsibilities
- Stage, load, and label shipments accurately for timely outgoing product
- Operate mixer/production line; empty line into pallets for WIP or finished goods
- Maintain inventory counts; track downtime and causes
- Ensure proper packaging materials for product type; build pallets to match output
- Unload/load trucks; stage products into correct locations
- Inspect for quality issues visually or with tools
- Complete paperwork, maintain housekeeping using 6S process
- Work closely with plant staff to ensure safe workplace
- Must wear steel-toed boots
- Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to meet all essential function standards and work night shift Preferred Experience/Skills
- Familiarity with inventory, shipping, and quality inspection
- Strong safety, teamwork, and communication skills
