Temp-to-Hire Schedule:
7:45 PM-8:00 AM Duties/Responsibilities
  • Stage, load, and label shipments accurately for timely outgoing product
  • Operate mixer/production line; empty line into pallets for WIP or finished goods
  • Maintain inventory counts; track downtime and causes
  • Ensure proper packaging materials for product type; build pallets to match output
  • Unload/load trucks; stage products into correct locations
  • Inspect for quality issues visually or with tools
  • Complete paperwork, maintain housekeeping using 6S process
  • Work closely with plant staff to ensure safe workplace
  • Must wear steel-toed boots
  • Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to meet all essential function standards and work night shift Preferred Experience/Skills
  • Familiarity with inventory, shipping, and quality inspection
  • Strong safety, teamwork, and communication skills
