Job Description
We are hiring Production Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility. This position assists machine/press operators with material handling, production, quality checks, and keeping the work area running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist operators with the operation of manufacturing presses and equipment Load and unload parts and materials Inspect finished parts for quality and defects Remove, stack, sort, and package completed parts Maintain production pace and follow work instructions Keep the work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to lift up to 40lbs repetitively Comfortable standing for a full 12 hour shift and performing repetitive tasks Dependable with a strong focus on safety, quality, and attendance #hp123
