Prepare ingredients and mix formulations for ice cream production, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area in compliance with food safety regulations. Package finished products efficiently while adhering to quality standards. Requirements Previous experience in food production or processing, preferably within the ice cream or dairy industry. Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain production equipment effectively.
