Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly and production tasks following established work instructions. Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment. Assist with material handling, shipping, and receiving functions. Monitor product quality and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Participate in training, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Dependable with a positive work ethic. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
