Shift:

7:00 PM-7:00 AM | $17.00/hour 12-hour shifts Two days on/two days off rotating schedule Includes every other weekend Production Operator Requirements At least six months of manufacturing or production experience preferred Previous experience working 12-hour shifts preferred Stable work history preferred Ability to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend Basic ability to read, write, and communicate in English Ability to follow production instructions and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and product quality Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Key Responsibilities Remove finished products from production presses. Clean, trim, and inspect parts according to quality standards. Assemble components using hand tools and established product guidelines. Use chisels, mallets, drills, scrapers, torches, and other assigned tools safely. Identify and report damaged or nonconforming products. Record scrap materials accurately and place them in designated areas. Follow all work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with team members to meet daily production and quality goals. Perform additional production duties as assigned.
