Job Description Production Operator -

Day Shift Georgetown, KY Pay:

$16.00/hour Schedule Information A and C day shifts available 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Rotating 12-hour, 2-3 schedule Workdays repeat every two weeks Average of 15-17 workdays per month Every other weekend off Production Operator Requirements Minimum of six months of production or manufacturing experience Steady employment history preferred Previous experience working 12-hour shifts preferred Ability to follow production instructions and quality standards Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule Ability to use hand tools safely Willingness to complete required training before operating machinery or powered equipment Key Responsibilities Remove molded products from production presses. Clean, inspect, trim, and assemble products according to quality standards and customer requirements. Identify and report products that do not meet specifications. Record scrap accurately and place it in the designated area. Use approved hand tools to complete trimming and assembly tasks. Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures. Operate machinery or powered equipment only after receiving proper training and authorization. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform additional production duties as assigned.
