Now Hiring Assistant Supervisor in Hebron, KY Hours 5pm to 5am Friday, Saturday, Sunday Peak season- roughly 12 weeks- then will be eligible to move to another shift Hours 4:45pm to 3:15am Monday-Thursday Production & Operations Assist in coordinating daily warehouse and production activities. Monitor T-shirt production workflow, including receiving, printing, packaging, and shipping. Ensure production schedules and shipping deadlines are met. Track productivity and identify process improvements. Help resolve operational issues and production bottlenecks. Employee Supervision Lead and support warehouse associates and production staff. Assign daily tasks and monitor work performance. Train new employees on procedures, equipment, and safety requirements. Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals. Assist with attendance tracking and employee coaching. Administrative Responsibilities Complete production and labor reports. Track attendance, overtime, and staffing needs. Assist with scheduling and workforce planning. Support investigations involving employee concerns or operational issues.
