In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily production activities on the line, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your leadership will motivate team members, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous process improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. Provide clear instructions and support to team members in both Spanish and English, fostering effective communication across the team. Monitor production processes, interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents to ensure accurate assembly and mechanical work. Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments and ensure adherence to safety standards and lean manufacturing principles. Manage manual handling tasks, heavy lifting, and the operation of power tools and forklifts as needed to facilitate smooth workflow. Enforce safety protocols consistently, including proper use of hand tools, mechanical assembly procedures, and warehouse safety standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing practices, and support continuous operational enhancements. Skills Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing production or assembly teams in a warehouse setting. Familiarity with factory experience, manufacturing management practices, and safety standards in production environments. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process improvement strategies, and quality control procedures. Ensuring objectives/KPI's are met with a high level of competency Ensuring team operates efficiently by delegating work tasks to staff under their control Reports on Daily Production figures Enforces safety rules including always wearing the proper PPE Skills and Abilities Fluency in Spanish and English High School Graduate Leadership or supervisory experience in a production/warehouse enviornment Knowledge of Computer Basics Energetic with a team first approach Great attitude and Attendance Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Physical Requirements Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift 20+ lbs. daily Able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment Must be able to wear ear plugs, safety glasses and steel toe shoes Join us as a Bilingual Line Lead to inspire your team toward excellence!
