Sewing Machine Operator - $15/hr Job Summary The Sewing Machine Operator assembles and finishes custom garments using industrial sewing equipment. This role emphasizes precision, quality, and productivity in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines (single-needle, double-needle, serger, etc.) Sew and assemble garment components to specifications Read and follow work orders, patterns, and instructions Ensure accurate stitching, alignment, and overall quality Perform basic alterations and garment finishing Qualifications Experience with industrial sewing machines preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Reliable and able to meet production goals Why Join Us Work in a stable, union-based environment with ongoing training, performance-based incentives, and opportunities to grow your skills.
