  • Temp-to-hire Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Member to join our manufacturing facility.
In this role, you will be an integral part of our production operations, responsible for supporting assembly processes, operating machinery, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with tools, and a strong work ethic to contribute to the successful manufacturing of high-quality products. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic team committed to excellence. Duties Support the assembly line by assembling components accurately and efficiently Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility and warehouse areas Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and storing materials appropriately Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all team members Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to quality standards Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with familiarity in using hand tools and power tools Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management practices Ability to work on an assembly line with attention to detail and precision Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment If you are motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute your skills within a manufacturing setting, we encourage you to apply today.
