Job Description
Ready to jumpstart a career in modern manufacturing? We are hiring motivated Print Operators and Screen Printers to run our large-format, high-tech industrial digital printers (including Durst systems). If you have a solid technical mindset, great reliability, and an eye for quality, we want you on our team. What We Offer Competitive starting pay ($20 - $24/hr) with steady full-time hours Comprehensive, hands-on paid training on cutting-edge digital print machinery Reliable bi-weekly payroll and strong team culture Opportunities for growth and skill development Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor digital industrial printers (Durst and related equipment) throughout production runs Load raw materials, set up print jobs, and ensure ink levels and system settings are optimized Conduct visual quality checks to ensure finished products meet exact design and color standards Perform routine daily care, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance on print equipment Collaborate closely with team members and production leads to hit daily output goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
