The Production Team Leader sets the tone, attitude, and work culture expectations on the Production Floor. Develop a team of Assemblers to complete the weekly Production Schedule. Enthusiastically utilize the diversity of the LINAK Values and the LINAK Leadership Values to develop Team Members to achieve the desired results for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People / Motivation. Motivate the team with a firm expectation for results. Utilize Lean and 6S principles to structure the expectations on the Production Floor. Work in collaboration with support teams to identify and reduce waste (defects, waiting, motion, inventory, overproduction, overprocessing, transportation).

Main responsibilities:

Daily Cell Leadership - Measured by Productivity and Efficiency Designate daily work assignments to fulfill capacity and training needs Assist in developing the team, escalate any development or discipline gaps to supervisor Assist Production Supervisor in assessing Team Member performance, behavior, and attendance by performing and documenting weekly Team Member calibration process Responsible for PMS boards, daily reporting, OEE bridge, and other items listed on the Daily Action List Complete or delegate Work Order Administration including completing supporting documentation Identify and resolve issues within the production area and escalate concerns to support teams when additional expertise is required. Back up other Team Leaders as needed Quality and Standardized Work Compliance - Measured by DPPM and

IDPMU / FPY

Coordinate/Manage Production Line Execution which includes Standardized Work Instructions, Line Clearance, TPMs, and Production Lead Checklist Partners with the supervisor to develop and communicate the training plan, supports trainer selection and certification, coaches trainers in TWI, ensures competency, and verifies training documentation. Coordinate Supplier Quality problems with Quality when required Liaison administration errors (BOM, Specification, Drawings, etc.) to support team Safety, 6S, and Lean - Measured by Safety Incidents, 6S Score, and Lean Score Timely completion and Team Member understanding of Safety Training topics Develop Team Member competence and enthusiasm regarding 6S and the C4 system Perform regular 6S audits, resolve identified issues, and provide feedback to reinforce Lean principles All other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent is required, preference of Associate's Degree in a related field Minimum 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preference of 1-3 years of manufacturing leadership Excellent interaction and team work skills Goal oriented with high degree of activeness and enthusiasm Ability to understand manufacturing processes and communicate with technical support staff IT-knowledge, excel/word Technical aptitude Comfortable working in a high stress environment

Hours :
THIRD SHIFT

- Usually 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday - Friday . The Team Leader will work the first month of so on FIRST SHIFT or

SECOND SHIFT

for training.

Third Shift:

9:30 pm - 6:30 am The first month or so will be on First or Second Shift.
