Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Must be available to work a swing shift schedule, including both day and night shifts. Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed is required. What's the Job? Support production operations by preparing raw materials and packaging finished products. Weigh raw materials accurately according to batch tickets, ensuring proper labeling and lot numbers. Package finished goods, inspecting pouches for damage or foreign materials prior to packing. Operate processing equipment following established procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment through active housekeeping duties. What's Needed? Ability to work a physically demanding day, including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and twisting. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds alone, with occasional assistance for heavier loads. Some prior forklift experience is required, with proficiency demonstrated through training or verification. Good math, reading, communication, and organizational skills.
