Paris, KY | $19.00/hr | Full-Time + Overtime We are hiring Manufacturing Production Operators for a large automotive manufacturing facility in Paris, KY. The facility operates multiple plants/departments on the same property, with current opportunities in areas including Heat Treat, Machining, and Casting . Candidates will complete a general interview with the company, and potential department placement will be determined based on experience, skills, shift availability, and current staffing needs.

11:30 PM-8:00 AM Overtime is currently heavy. Candidates should be prepared to work 6-7 days per week at times , including weekends, depending on production needs. Possible Job Duties Responsibilities will vary depending on the department and may include: Operating and monitoring manufacturing/production equipment Monitoring heat treat operations Performing hardness testing and quality checks Off-loading and handling manufactured parts Operating equipment such as heat treat machinery, hardness checkers, air buffers, and Gorbel cranes Machine operation and production support Casting-related production duties Inspecting parts and monitoring product quality Following established safety and production procedures Regularly lifting and handling materials weighing up to 60 lbs Work Environment This is a heavy industrial manufacturing environment . Certain departments, particularly Casting and Heat Treat, can be extremely hot .
