Manufacturing Assembly Line Lead

Monday through Friday (6am to finish)

Pay:

Starting at $18.00/hour with increase to $19.00/hour after successful completion of training We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Line Lead to join our production team. This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, assisting team members on the line, and helping ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met. Candidates with prior manufacturing leadership experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support production line employees during daily operations Monitor workflow and production output to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met Assist with training new employees on procedures, safety practices, and job duties Coordinate with supervisors and team members to resolve production issues quickly Ensure employees follow company safety policies and manufacturing procedures Perform line checks, quality inspections, and maintain organized work areas Support machine operators and production staff as needed throughout the shift Maintain attendance, productivity, and communication standards within the department

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required Manufacturing or production background preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Experience working with production schedules and team coordination preferred Basic computer and documentation skills are a plus Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
