Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise:

Maintain thorough knowledge of our products to ensure customers receive the correct items in the desired quantities.

Equipment Operation:

Operate various machines (e.g., cutoff saws, shears, brakes, presses) with precision, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring product quality.

Machine Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operation.

Material Handling:

Efficiently handle materials, using forklifts and other lifting devices, ensuring safe and organized storage and transportation.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor production for any defects or malfunctions and take corrective actions as necessary.

Team Collaboration:

Assist fellow operators in machine setup and contribute to a cohesive team environment. Specific Roles

Brake Operator:

Focus on fabricating metal components, following job specifications and ensuring dimensional accuracy.

Forklift Operator:

Manage the movement of products and materials, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring safe handling.

Roll Form Machine Operator:

Specialize in shaping metal sheets and structures, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hours) on concrete floors.
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Dexterity in hands and fingers, with the ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Good vision capabilities, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision. Work Environment
