Job Title:

General Production Worker Job Description This role supports a foam and filtration composite production line in a fabrication shop that manufactures fans and industrial filters. You will work primarily on the night shift, helping to keep production running smoothly, safely, and efficiently from setup through final assembly. Responsibilities Operate and support the foam and filtration composite production line according to established procedures and quality standards. Perform general production and assembly tasks to manufacture fans and industrial filters. Follow work instructions to assemble components accurately and consistently. Monitor production processes, identify basic issues, and report any concerns to the appropriate team members. Handle materials and parts safely, keeping the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Maintain a steady work pace throughout the shift to meet production targets and deadlines. Arrive on time, follow schedules, and demonstrate reliable attendance and care for the work being performed. Follow all safety guidelines, use required personal protective equipment, and contribute to a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members on the night shift to complete tasks and support overall production goals. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
