Day & Night Shifts available - no previous experience needed Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate and become a vital part of producing high-quality products in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on mechanical skills, work with advanced tools and equipment, and contribute to efficient manufacturing processes. Duties Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery, including assembly lines, power tools, and hand tools, ensuring smooth production flow. Assist with the assembly of components using mechanical knowledge and precision techniques. Utilize warehouse experience to manage inventory, handle materials with forklifts, and ensure proper storage of parts and finished goods. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards and identify maintenance needs. Support the setup and breakdown of production lines for different manufacturing runs, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflow efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including logs for inbound/outbound materials and incident reports. Skills Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility environment. Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation. Strong understanding of assembly line processes and manufacturing workflows. Warehouse experience is preferred for handling materials efficiently. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently. Good communication skills to work effectively within a team setting.
