Job Description

A Deepwater Crane Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining cranes on an offshore procurement platform in the Gulf of Mexico. Operate levers and pedals to control the crane. Follow hand signals to raise, lower, and rotate the boom or load. Lift and move equipment or material on the platform and between boats in various sea conditions. Maintain and clean crane equipment. Provide leadership to construction riggers. Conduct safety and operation inspections of the crane. 5 or more years of prior offshore crane operating experience. Crane Operator Certification. Previous experience operating Seatrax cranes preferred. Deepwater operating experience preferred. Mechanical experience or aptitude.
