Job Description
Production Assistant - Graphics & Sign Production Acme Sign Company - Lake Charles, LA Acme Sign Company is seeking a Production Assistant to join our Art Department. This is a hands-on position assisting with the assembly of signs and the application of vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces. Responsibilities Assemble signs and graphic components Apply vinyl graphics to windows, vehicles, and sign panels Weed and mask vinyl graphics Assist with large-format printed graphics and sign production Prepare aluminum, PVC, acrylic, and other substrates for graphics application Maintain organization in the art and production areas Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure quality results Qualifications Detail-oriented with good hand skills Ability to measure accurately and work with precision Comfortable working with tools and materials used in sign production Dependable and able to work well in a team environment Experience in vinyl graphics, sign production, or vehicle graphics is a plus but not required. Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is also a plus but not required.
