Duties Operate pizza ovens efficiently to bake pizzas to perfection, maintaining consistent quality and presentation Prepare ingredients through food preparation tasks such as slicing, topping, and assembling pizzas according to recipes and standards Manage food handling responsibilities with strict adherence to sanitation and food safety protocols Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and transaction management Assist with customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including bussing tables, sanitation of equipment, and proper food storage Support team members with food prep, cashiering, and other duties during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to upsell menu items effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store math, and restaurant transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a kitchen environment safely Experience with cashiering or retail math is beneficial but not mandatory Join us today to bring your energy into a role that combines culinary creativity with exceptional customer service!
