Job Description
Offshore Production Operator - Class A & Lead 14/14 Rotations | Gulf of Mexico Shelf Overview Island Operating is seeking experienced Class A and Lead Production Operator for 14/14 rotations on offshore Shelf properties. Crew change locations may include Cameron, Mouton Cove, Galliano, and Venice, LA , depending on the assignment. Operators are responsible for safely and efficiently operating production facilities while meeting customer requirements, MMA regulations , and Island's Living in the Z.O.N.E. safety culture. Responsibilities & Experience Safely operate and monitor offshore oil and gas production facilities. Experience with both flowing and non-flowing production . Working knowledge of gas lift systems . Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment. Complete required operational, safety, and regulatory documentation. Follow MMA requirements and actively participate in JSAs and safe work practices . Experience working with production loops is a plus . Maintain a safe, organized facility and work effectively as part of the offshore team. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of direct offshore production operations experience required. Strong knowledge of offshore production equipment and processes. Ability to troubleshoot production and operational issues.
