MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE
Location:
Shreveport, LA Pay Rate:
$18.00/hour (starting)
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, Day or Night Shift available (full-time)
Experience:
Entry-level — no experience required; electrical experience a plus
Education:
GED or High School Diploma required About the Role We're hiring Manufacturing Associates to support our production and quality operations. You'll work on electrical component testing and assembly in a structured, team-oriented manufacturing environment. We train entry-level candidates from the ground up — if you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we'll teach you the skills you need. Candidates with electrical or manufacturing background are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Test and inspect electrical components following work instructions Perform assembly and sub-assembly tasks on electrical parts Document test results and quality data accurately Use hand tools and light testing equipment Maintain clean, organized work stations Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards Communicate with supervisors and team members Follow all safety and quality protocols Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly Basic math skills helpful Electrical Experience is a Plus — if you have: Prior manufacturing or assembly experience Background working with electrical/electronic components Experience using testing equipment or meters Any electrical trade or vocational training Shift Information Monday - Thursday schedule (3-day work week, full-time hours) Day Shift & Night Shift available — choose what works for you Stable, consistent schedule We Provide Comprehensive on-the-job training Safe, professional manufacturing environment Full-time, stable employment Clear growth opportunities Team-oriented culture
