Manufacturing Associate I High Lifter Inc. - 3.7 Shreveport, LA Job Details 10 hours ago Benefits Benefits from day one Qualifications Assembly quality control testing Measuring tapes Maintaining an organized workspace Safety protocol adherence Packing Labeling Shop math Manual packaging Dimensional measurements Stocking Power tools Packaging assembly Quality assurance within manufacturing Manufacturing Clean workspace maintenance Visual inspection for quality control Hand tools Entry level Full Job Description Who you are: A motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and grow with us A coachable team player with a great work ethic An active person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment What you know: How to read and understand work orders, understanding of verbal and written instruction. Basic math and measurement related to production. How to read a tape measure, experience using basic power and hand tools. Experience with air tools, calipers, and micrometers preferred. What you'll do: Manufacture products/kits, following work orders and meeting or exceeding efficiencies. Inspect parts for any defects ensuring quality control standards are met. Package parts correctly, ensuring proper component quantities, materials, and labeling. Work closely with your team, ensuring proper movement throughout the line. Restocking and cleanup of work area(s) as needed, other duties as assigned. Adhere to safety procedures, clean up of work area daily. Other duties as assigned.
