Job Description
Entry Specialist within the Manufacturing Production Painting/Coating job family. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Entry Specialist (Hourly)Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Must pass Chemical Hygiene Training. Analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills required. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret production sheets. Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment both electrically and mechanically. Capable of overcoming obstacles and completing assignments in a timely manner. Strong working knowledge of industrial controls and instrumentation preferred. Team-oriented approach with a desire to work in a hands-on capacity. Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills. Positive can-do attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to work in high noise areas and wear appropriate hearing protection devices. Manual material handling involving the need to grip, squeeze, and pinch. Ability to use hard tined rake to move/break apart parts frequently. The position requires the ability to regularly stand for long periods of time. Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and regularly lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 Must be able to complete all essential job functions listed in the position responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.Collaboration & Interaction:
